Overview

Alkebulan Airlines is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Distribution & Systems Coordinator to manage airline content and performance across digital and GDS distribution platforms. This role ensures the accuracy, availability, and efficiency of the airline’s sales and booking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airline content and availability on GDS, NDC, and online channels.
• Coordinate fare filing, route setup, and inventory management in the airline’s PSS.
• Liaise with system providers, IT teams, and commercial partners on system updates.
• Monitor distribution performance and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Assist with PSS and GDS integration, new route activation, and change control.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in airline systems administration, distribution, or digital channels.
• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Airline Management, or E-Commerce.
• Understanding of PSS, GDS, and distribution systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail, documentation, and process accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with API-based platforms (an advantage).

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with IATA NDC, GDS connectivity, and airline system integrations.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to interpret data logs or system errors.
• Experience in fare filing, schedule management, or PSS backend configuration.
• Analytical thinker with a passion for precision and process improvement.
