Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven Revenue Accounting Officer to support the financial accuracy of Alkebulan Airlines’ passenger and cargo revenue streams. The role is responsible for reconciling sales data, verifying ticket usage, and ensuring accurate reporting in alignment with IATA BSP and accounting standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and reconcile sales data from BSP, GDS, and internal systems.
  • Process refunds, voids, and commissions in compliance with audit standards.
  • Reconcile agent sales and prepare monthly revenue reports.
  • Support Finance with accruals and income postings.
  • Identify discrepancies and assist in revenue protection initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in airline or travel industry finance.
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of BSPLink, revenue accounting, or airline finance systems.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

 

Preferred Attributes

  • Working knowledge of BSPLink, Revenue Accounting Systems, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Navision).
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Understanding of airline ticket lifecycle management, refunds, and agency sales controls.
  • Detail-oriented with integrity in handling financial data and reports.
