Overview

Alkebulan Airlines is looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Agency Support Executive to strengthen our sales and corporate relationships. This position supports sales performance, contract management, and sales reporting while ensuring alignment with the airline’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the airline’s commercial strategy by driving sales performance across travel trade and corporate accounts.
  • Assist in implementing promotional activities, sales campaigns, and route launches.
  • Maintain and update travel agency and corporate client databases, ensuring contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Track sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive schemes in coordination with the Head of Sales.
  • Liaise with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to resolve queries and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate trade events, familiarization trips, and marketing collaborations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fare movements to support commercial planning.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for agency distribution, including sales data consolidation.
  • Promote Alkebulan Airlines’ products and fares through professional representation and communication.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in airline, travel trade, or hospitality sales.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Aviation Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities.

 

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and basic fare filing principles.
  • Proven record of achieving or supporting sales targets.
  • Experience managing agency or corporate client relationships.
  • Professional, organized, and driven by performance and customer satisfaction.
